![]() | Prof. Wei Liu, AAAS/IEEE/IAPR Fellow, Video Rebirth, ChinaWei Liu, IEEE/AAAS/IAPR Fellow, currently serves as the CEO of Video Rebirth. He formerly held the positions of Tencent Distinguished Scientist and Technical Lead of Tencent's Hunyuan Large Language Model, where he oversaw research on image and video data at the Computer Vision Center and the Advertising Multimedia AI Center of Tencent AI Lab, and led the R&D efforts of the Hunyuan Large Language Model. He obtained his PhD in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Columbia University in the United States in 2012, and has previously worked at the IBM Watson Research Center. With long-term engagement in research fields including computer vision and machine learning, Liu Wei has published over 100 papers, which have accumulated more than 3,600 citations in total. In 2022, he was elected as a 2023 IEEE Fellow. In March 2017, Liu Wei left the NSF IIS Division, joined Tencent AI Lab, and took up the roles of Director of the AI Lab Computer Vision Center and Director of the Advertising Multimedia AI Center, being responsible for AI research related to image and video data. In November 2024, he resigned from Tencent and dedicated himself to VideoRebirth, an AI video generation startup he founded. |

Prof. Yan Yan, Xiamen University, ChinaYan Yan is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the Department of Computer Science, School of Informatics, Xiamen University, and also serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Faculty Party Branch of the Department of Computer Science. Currently, he holds the position of Associate Editor for internationally renowned journals Neurocomputing (JCR Zone 2) and Visual Computer (JCR Zone 2), and is a Youth Editorial Board Member for Journal of Computer Research and Development (CCF Class A Chinese Journal) and Journal of Image and Graphics (CCF Class B Chinese Journal). He is a Senior Member of IEEE/CCF (China Computer Federation)/CSIG (China Society of Image and Graphics), a Member of the Technical Committee on Computer Vision under CCF, a Director of the 9th Council of Fujian Computer Society, an Executive Committee Member of CSIG Xiamen Center, an Invited Researcher on Police Strategy of Xiamen Municipal Public Security Bureau, and the Vice Principal of Science at Xiamen High-Tech School. Additionally, he is recognized as a High-Level Talent (Class B) of both Fujian Province and Xiamen City. Prof. Wenjian Luo, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen, ChinaWenjian Luo received the BS and PhD degrees from Department of Computer Science and Technology, University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 1998 and 2003. He is presently a professor of School of Computer Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen, China. He is a Distinguished Member of CCF, a Senior Member of IEEE, ACM, and CAAI. He currently serves as an area editor of Applied Soft Computing Journal, and an associate editor (or editorial board member) for several journals including Information Sciences Journal, Swarm and Evolutionary Computation Journal, Journal of Information Security and Applications, Complex & Intelligent Systems Journal, and Systems and Soft Computing Journal. Currently he also serves as a member of IEEE CIS Evolutionary Computation Technical Committee. He was the chair of the IEEE CIS ECTC Task Force on Artificial Immune Systems (2018-2022). He has been a member of the organizational team of more than twenty academic conferences including ICSI 2023, PPSN 2020 and IJCNN 2021, in various functions, such as general chair, program chair, symposium chair and publicity chair. His research interest is artificial intelligence and security. He mainly focuses on the secure intelligent systems, especially the fundamental algorithms and techniques of machine learning, immune computing, swarm intelligence, and the applications of artificial intelligence in information security, large model security, privacy protection, object recognition, data mining and dynamic optimization. |
Prof. Hongliang Dai, Guangzhou University, ChinaHongliang Dai is currently a Professor at the Department of Statistics, Guangzhou University, a Distinguished Professor of "Guangzhou Scholar", a Doctoral Supervisor, a Postdoctoral Supervisor, and the Program Director of Data Science and Big Data Technology. He obtained his master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Wuhan University in 2003 and his doctoral degree in Applied Mathematics from Sun Yat-sen University in June 2013. In 2015, he was awarded the title of Professor in Artificial Intelligence. He joined the School of Mathematics and Computational Science at Guangdong University of Finance and Economics in July 2003, and transferred to the Department of Statistics, School of Economics and Statistics at Guangzhou University in April 2017. He is an "Outstanding Middle-aged and Young Key Teacher" of the second batch at Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, and a university-level cultivation candidate of the sixth batch of the "Qianbai Shi Project" in Guangdong Province. He is a Member of IEEE, ACM, and CCF; a Standing Director of the Branch of Statistics History and Culture under the Chinese Association for Applied Statistics; a Director of the Branch of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence under the Chinese Association for Applied Statistics; a Director of the Branch of Educational Statistics and Management under the Chinese Association for Applied Statistics; a Standing Director of the Guangdong Society for Computational Mathematics; and a Member of the Big Data Professional Committee of the Guangdong Computer Society. |
