 | Prof. Honghai Liu, Harbin Institute of Technology, ChinaMember of Academia Europaea, IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow Honghai Liu received his Ph.D. in Intelligent Robotics from the University of London, UK. He is a Professor, a Member of Academia Europaea (MAE), a Fellow of the IEEE (FIEEE), and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). He also serves as an expert on the Shenzhen Emergency Management Science and Informatization Decision-Making Advisory Committee. His research focuses on human motion perception technology, mechatronics, and the theory and application of intelligent robotics. Prior to 2014, during his tenure in the UK, he led 23 key research projects funded by the UK Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), the EU Seventh Framework Programme, the Royal Society, the Royal Academy of Engineering, and the UK Department for Business, Innovation and Skills. Since returning to China, he has presided over the Key Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China on "Key Technologies of Machine-Assisted Systems for Early Diagnosis and Treatment of Autism," the National Key R&D Program project on "Appropriate Technology and System Development of Wearable Exoskeletons for the Elderly and Disabled," and an NSFC General Program on "Bidirectional Human-Machine Interfaces for Prosthetic Hands Based on Multi-Frequency Ultrasound Detection and Electrostimulation Sensory Feedback." He has achieved innovative results in the kinematics of generalized robotic systems, human motion information perception and processing, and intelligent computing, with successful applications in multi-DOF dexterous prosthetics, human motion analysis, and autism-assisted diagnosis and treatment systems. He has published one monograph and more than 300 papers in authoritative journals and conferences such as IEEE TNSRE, IEEE TBME, IEEE TFS, and IEEE TMECH, receiving four Best Paper Awards and one Best Competition Award. He currently serves as the only committee member from China on the IEEE ICRA International Conference Committee, Vice Chair of the IEEE SMC Society Technical Committee on Human-Machine Systems, and Associate Editor or Editorial Board Member for international journals including IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics (TIE) and IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics. |
Prof. Hairong Dong, Tongji University,ChinaNational Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, IEEE Fellow Hairong Dong is a Distinguished Professor and Dean of the College of Electronics and Information Engineering at Tongji University. She is a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and a Fellow of IEEE/CAA. She received her B.Eng. degree from Zhengzhou University in 1996, her M.Sc. degree in 1999, and her Ph.D. degree from Peking University in 2002 (supervised by Academician Lin Huang). She has long been engaged in basic theory and key technology research on autonomous perception and cooperative control, industrial artificial intelligence, and smart transportation. In recent years, she has presided over major projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the Major Instrument Development Project, and joint enterprise funds. She has published more than 300 academic papers and holds over 100 authorized national invention patents. Her awards include the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of the Ministry of Education's Excellent Achievements in Engineering and Technology, the Second Prize of the Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of the Technical Invention Award and the First Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award from the Chinese Association of Automation, the Second Prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award, the First Prize of the Beijing Teaching Achievement Award, and the Young Scientist Award of the Chinese Association of Automation. He is a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, a Distinguished Member of the China Computer Federation (CCF), and a Standing Committee Member of the CCF Technical Committee on Internet of Things. He also serves as Vice Chair of ACM SIGMOBILE China and a Standing Committee Member of SIGBED China. He is an Associate Editor for ACM Transactions on IoT and serves on the editorial boards of ACM TOSN, IEEE IoT Journal, Journal of Computer Science and Technology (JCST), Tsinghua Science and Technology, Journal of Computer Research and Development, Chinese Journal of IoT, and ZTE Communications. Prof. Guangjie Han, Hohai University, ChinaIEEE Fellow, IET Fellow, AAIA Fellow Guangjie Han is a professor, currently serving as the Dean of the School of Information Science and Engineering at Hohai University. He is an IEEE Fellow, IET/IEE Fellow, and AAIA Fellow. His main research interests include smart oceans, industrial IoT, artificial intelligence, networks, and security. In recent years, he has published more than 300 high-level SCI journal papers, including over 160 papers in the IEEE/ACM Trans. series, in international journals such as IEEE JSAC, IEEE TMC, IEEE TPDS, and IEEE TCC. His publications have been cited over 25000 times on Google Scholar, with an H-index of 83. He has authored three monographs and translated one book. He has led more than 30 provincial and ministerial-level research projects, including national key R&D programs and national natural science foundation key projects. He has been granted 130 national invention patents and 6 PCT international authorized patents. He has received numerous awards, including the second prize of the China Business Federation Science and Technology Award, the third prize of the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Award, the second prize of the Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, and the Best Paper Award of the IEEE Systems Journal in 2020. For seven consecutive years (2019-2025), he has been listed as one of the top 2% of scientists globally, as well as for the Chinese Highly Cited Researchers list for six consecutive years (2020-2025).
